POLICY

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be used on any products from our online website.
Gift Vouches can not be used on "delivery charges". Dots To Spots offer a flat rate delivery charge of $15.00 Australia wide.
Any remaining amount not used from a Gift Voucher, Dots To Spots will issue you a new Gift Voucher with the remaining amount for your next purchase.

Images
Image files must be in jpeg, jpg, pdf or tiff file format.
All photo's must be sized accordingly to suit the purchased products. If not we will email you a cropped image for your approval.

Delivery
We offer a flat rate delivery charge of $15.00 Australia wide. All deliveries are protected by bubble wrap and packed in a cardboard box. Your order will be shipped within 2 working days of processing the order through the website. Once despatched, you should receive the order within 3 to 5 working days.

Pickups
We will contact you and arrange for pickup. We are located in Edithvale Vic

Payment
Credit Card - All orders will be despached once the Credit Card payment has gone through.
PayPal - All orders will be despached once the PayPal payment has gone through.
Bank Transfer - All orders will be processed once the Bank Transfer has gone through.
COD - Is for pickups only. Products must be paid for on pickup.
